Motor Bikes

I’m planning a trip for a minimum of 3 months and can’t quite decide where to go. We’ll be on a very tight budget but I’m desperate to travel and looking at going somewhere not necessarily on the tourist track, that will give us an experience but not cost us the earth! Ideas so far have been China, Mongolia and possibly Russia but not tied down to anywhere yet! Interested in hiring a motorbike or truck and hitting the road less travelled also, love markets and culture but not superficial theme parks or the like.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
